She is currently trying to get a few things straightened out before making a final decision.

I will return your fg for now, and if she accepts your bid, and brings you into the guild, you may then re-send the 200 to me.

Hold off for now, wait and see if you are accepted into the guild.

Not that it is any of your business, but there were plans to look after all fees.
