time is measured in many ways but they are all measurements of change. On a clock time is measured by the changing numbers or the moving clock hands. Time is also measured by the planets rotating the sun and by the movement of stars in the sky. All are representations of change occurring. Does time exist without change? If it does, i dont know how to measure it.
To measure is to examine the change between two points.
Clocks measure the change in time.
Change alone is not a unit of measurement.
