Tub is

60inch long x 30.5inch wide x 16ish inch deep


he front skirt or w.e it is called is blocking me from
dropping it into anything i could make easy.

i can not figure a way to keep it balanced

Do you own an angle grinder? Use a chalk line snapped straight across that front panel, and use a grinder to cut it off. Gloves, eye, and ear protection will be required.

Build box to desired hight, then measure distance from bottom of tub to top of box, put 2x4s standing vertically to support tub and put wood into 2x4s

You're putting to much work into this simple task.


I'd be able to get that panel off in under 20 minutes, and so could the op if he owned or borrowed a grinder. I'm also visualizing construction of this with my dog in mind. He's 120 lbs and would shake this thing lose in an instant without proper bracing if he had a mind to.

That all being said I would build this about 6 inches off the ground to allow for a piece of PVC to a drain. Sounded to me like the op wanted a station he could stand at though.
