I've been at a blackjack table betting $15-$50 a hand next to an old guy that had special privilege from the pit boss to bet over the table maximum. He said he hated playing alone in the high limit room. Felt weird for a minute but then I started talking to him and he was awesome. Regular dude same as me, just gambling and drinking. He just had a few extra zeros in his bank account. I won about $500, he was up roughly $10k when I left.

The same way I feel no matter who's near me, because I'm not insecure to the point that I have to constantly compare myself to everyone else in the room.
