I understand just fine, I'm just not dumb enough to think that barely breaking into the six figures is 'a ton of money.' It's barely comfortably middle class ffs.

being that UPS driver's make like 60-70K+ a year I'd hope Doc's and surgeons are making 100 or more, especially given their specialization and acrued debt to get their degree's. I think a Vet is the way to go if one is medically inclined, just about as much income, less red tape and shorter edu.
