acne and shit?
invest in some gentle but effective soap
one that works very well for me and doesn't irritate any of my body (I break out due to many things) is Dr. Bronners
a bottle lasts like fucking forever and you can use it on anything, highly recommend.
if it's some other issue and this doesn't help, sorry.

i'd say try not to overwash
shower every other day and keep those hands off that face

exfoliate to increase cell turnover which will help your skin to have a uniform colour

go to a dermatologist if you have rosacea though
