What makes a band a band?.. a lead singer? a band name? a song writer? Singers often play with a band, but sometimes the band members change people many times over the years. The only consistent band member is the lead vocalist. So I think its fair to consider some musicians as a band even though their band members changed frequently. Like Neil Young for example (one of my favorites).
Funny you should say that because Panic! At The Disco's lead singer Brendon Urie is the sole remaining member of that band, and now that its just him, the music is better than ever imo. He has a much more "Spectacular, Spectacular" feel to his music and I am way in to that.
I dont know why people give new artists so much shit for just being new. Brendon Urie is a solo artist now with more musical talent than most musicians that ever lived. Just because hes still alive or he is still a popular figure, its gay to admire him. Bullshit. I love the guy and Ill do so proudly.
