no. sega saturn was the worst system ever created. Not even due to the system itself, it was actually cool with a disc drive and cartridge drive combo. But the games catalog was a disaster, glitchy shit games on a wierd spot in the graphics progression spectrum.

Dreamcast gets a bad rep tho, that controller was #1 all time IMO. And it had a large number of good titles and also some sick mods for nearly every game. It was the most mod-able system of all time afaik.

Saturn was one of the best. Dragon Force is still the best game ever made.
