Probably not related, but I remember a bug that existed in windows movie maker where if you used an mp3 with a variable bitrate, it would incorrectly read the track time and cause the video to be longer than it was supposed to.

When clicking the elipses I was able to adjust the framrate to a constant one, rather than variable. So thats good.

As far as everything else goes, these are the video settings. Any suggestions?

I use adobe premiere pro, and it works just fine for me.
