Whole fruit is good because it's more nutritious and the fiber will help you feel fuller without additional calories. The point is to cut out products with added sugar.

been doing some reading online

tomorrow ima wake up early and go for sprint intervals

sucks that i have been smoking for 4 years. at least i havent had one since 6 months ago :o

trying to actually do something cuz all of you told me to rip...

I'd start on a treadmill and work your way up. Start by walking a mile every day, and just try to get your time up.

At the beginning of the year I tried working out and running every day. Was a mistake, running 5-10 miles a day didn't help me lose much weight and it just left me drained for doing anything else.

Lose fat in general. There is no way to lose fat just in one area outside surgery.

Cut out sugars (specifically soda, lemonade, energy drinks) and alcohol (if you are..)

Exercise 30-45 mins a day, with a mixture of cardio, light weights, and standard workouts (pushups, crunches, burpies).

Drink LOTS of water.
