You only think you do, but if there were anything left to regret things, it'd happen pretty quickly once you were out of your body and life and had a little perspective and realized how small the things that made you miserable were and just how many wonderful pleasures there are in being alive. but i have these involuntary thought impulses
same with standing waiting train etc i get the sense and fear that i might run and jump impulsively - same with heights
and i vaguely see this in action eyes open
this got better the last few years but this year they have come again
