I like night because I have less mental energy for the day if I do it in the morning

morning first thing or night, about half an hour before bed

I generally just workout whenever I can find the time
it used to always be in the morning, 3-4 times a week
now it's almost always right before bed, 3-4 times a week.

very nice I have been trying 6 days straight always gotta find an excuse to make it 5 or 4 only... Its hard only when you forget to have passion for finding time to do it!

hopefully you aren't overdoing it
rest and diet are more important than the actual exercise tbh
I never target the same muscle twice without at least 48 hours between each time
can do less, can do more, but it works well for me.

I usually work at night, because i work in the casino. It is good for me, because then i have no need to sleep long. Break ends at 5am and i'm awake about noon
