max and min bets make this system no-longer work.
if you had unlimited money and no maximum bet then you could use this.. regardless of 0 and 00
edit: i have a video on my old phone of me using this system in a casino in Colombia to limited success. max bet got reached and losses began. wasn't worried, i was just doing it to prove the point.
people commenting about 0 and 00 don't understand the system, and don't really understand roulette well.
These don't spoil the system, these just break the 50-50 odds divide, giving you less than 50% win rate. they don't change the bet doubling success, it's max bet that fucks you.
