For people who cannot access it due to country restriction. Make an appleID account @ https://appleid.apple.com (It will be an US account) google any type of american restaurant address/phone #/postal code. (Doing it this way will give you an extra option when they ask for credit card. Youll have the option to select NONE. That way you can simply download the app from US store without being from the US) Then access the store from said account. Voila you can now be logged in as an american .

I just downloaded it and I already am thrilled to play! Unfortunately I am at work and cannot move and catch some pokemon! Still stoked to go out after work and see what I can come across.
