Dafuq mang, he's obviously in an office setting which may in fact be HIS office and I bet after a certain point of stress he'd probably hang the jacket in the corner somewhere. Same thing with a board meeting taking too long. You just can't see the jacket man.
DO NOT try to rock this look 24-7 without a jacket. You will just look like a poor man who couldn't buy the whole suit.

suits are almost infinitely douchier to me - that looks somewhat comfy
