Because of day shift, anytime between 6:00-10:00PM for 1-2 hours depending. Weekends is during the day, but never first thing in the morning. Although beneficial for gains, working out at the break of dawn does not outweigh the price sleeping in feels like when you wake up and realize you still have 3 more hours to waste on dreaming out sleep. MMM.The shift in our own shape is the route we must cherish like a steak!
