I think people are stupid and don't think rationally about who they are going to marry. Sure, relationships start when you're infatuated, but that wears off and you have to think rationally about how the relationship will work, talk about future possibilities, where you want to go with your lives, etc.

mgtow isn't "right" and it's not "the way things should be", but it is valuable right now.

Think of it like a courtroom. The defendant has a defense lawyer who isn't necessarily supposed to seek the truth, he's just supposed to be biased and argue his client's best interest. And that viewpoint is being opposed by a biased prosecution who is just supposed to make the defendant look guilty. The intention of this system is that the two will balance each other, creating a chance for each side to win based on the strength of the evidence.

Feminism and mgtow oppose each other in the same way. They are both biases and wrong. But since feminism exists, mgtow needs to be here to provide an alternative and keep things balanced.

Yeah, and I don't even think that there's no need for men to have people who are advocating for men's issues specifically, but the chances are very good that if someone is advocating for an actual men's issue and are actually doing something to change it for the best, it's probably a feminist.
