isnt that already in pop? whats the difference between increasing pressure with a compressor vs with that?

sodium bicarbonate will react with the soda and cause many gas filled bubbles to increase the pressure on the inside of the can so that it exploded.
carbon dioxide is what's in soda to give it the carbonation

an air compressor would do the same for way less hassle, but the tab would still pop and just shoot it out of the mouth hole like a guyser, i don't expect and explosion. i'm interested in creating this effect now though to see if i can find a way to hand my friends an exploding beer.

e: im googling it and it seems like some pops do have sodium bicarbonate, im no expert on baking soda though
