I'm a little annoyed at Jon and Sansa. It was a great episode but Jon let his emotions get the better of him when to date he has kept a cool head. Rickon should have serpentined so he wasn't so much of a target and Jon should not have rode out, running right into Ramsay's trap just like Sansa said he would set. If he had held the line and let Ramsay advance they could have held them off with less casualties until the Vale arrived. Which by the way Sansa should have swallowed her pride and accepted Petyr's offer to help from the start. They needed a larger army and regardless if he sent her to the Bolton's knowing Ramsay was a psycho or not should have been put aside for the bigger picture. And when she sent the raven she should have at least mentioned to the war council she sent word to the Vale asking for help (she didn't need to admit she had turned him down previous though it will come out eventually anyways) and then they could have planned an attack with that in mind. Both Jon and Sansa caused a lot of death. Also, where was Ghost?
