it's called affirmative action and was upheld by the us supreme court iirc. still heavily racist. i think it was banned in other countries

There is no such thing as "reverse racism" in the United States. Situations in which people claim "reverse racism" are more aptly describing situations of prejudice.

Racism is tied to a sociohistorical system.

When deciding between a black v. white potential employee, companies may take into consideration their ethnicity because adding diversity to a company is in many ways a benefit to them.

So, White people can be racists, but black people cant.
Everything makes perfect sense to me now.
