Even if not, they'd probably have a pretty strong fair use case since they're adding their own commentary and not using the clip in whole.

By all means, try flipping through the phone book and seeing if you can find a lawyer that gives free consultations and might be willing to talk it over with you. But I think that if there was any chance that they'd lose a case like this, their lawyers would force them to do it differently.
