3 drink water just before you start, from the bathroom

5 eat a protein bar immediately after u finish. the bar needs again few carbs in it
worked for me
edit: carbs are needed so your body doesn't burn the muscles themselves
This sort of sounds like you are preparing to blow guys at the gym bathroom
