My friend it happens, but I can relate I know the feeling.

What we must do is stay on the right, humble path, and continue to walk the fine line of better posting habits. And of course actions we take on here.

Trust me, I've unfortunately got 30 percentage to my dismay, but I plan to one day get back down to zero.

I admit I needed to change my ways and well I have been doing my best to maintain the proper way a member should be on here. XD

i havent worked out in over a year.... im lucky i still look the way i do without working out.. but i eat pretty good now so

i need to post a regress pic hahahah the opposite of progress... because at this point animeFTW is looking as good if not better than me no joke

are you working off your 10% warn or did they just remove the 20% warn?
