You put in 2500 fg + fg to get the upgrades for the guild.
In order for you to profit, the potential buyer must pay 2500 + x (for upgrades) + transfer fee + optional name change at the very least. Why would they do that if they can just buy a guild and upgrade it without paying transfer fee + optional name change for the same result?
