To not want to listen to immature girls be dramatic seems just normal to me.
We all got our own shit to deal with, don't want to hear a couple of drama queens dump on you.
Now if you legitimately felt no empathy for anyone and only took any care about yourself and yourself only in life, that would come off fairly narcissistic.
But to be labeled a sociopath is to be one that spreads chaos wherever they go without remorse and take great entertainment out of it.
