Uhhhhhh this is your own fault. It would appear you knew they had bad credit and allowed them to move in. This should be some basic shit bro.

indeed it is, i evaluated their income and saw they had enough to pay the rent and utilities but didn't take into account what would happen if they ran into any rough patches and when they did they fell behind with no way catch up on payments while getting continuous sob stories about how they have no money left every time they sent payments

i'm not exactly gonna starve over this loss but it is a sizable chunk of change :/



they're on social assistance now, the paperwork won't matter as i'd have no legal way to collect
