Some kind of psychological evaluation test issued by the military. I honestly don't want to get conscripted, but I'm not gonna lie about my issues either.
The best suggestion I can offer is grabbing a journal or notebook, write down your thoughts and feelings and don't reread them. Write every thought you may have in those periods of anger, hate, or any other emotion you may feel and simply write without rereading. I'd assume when you start feeling this way, your thoughts should easily be able to maneuver to the piece of paper since there's a link to thoughts, feelings, and behavior. It's sounds pretty simple and I'm sure it's been brought up before, but the key element is to not reread what you just wrote. In the moment in which you are writing without rereading, your thoughts become detached from the feelings you are describing, and the more you write, the less of those feelings you may feel. It's a good way to consciously stop the thoughts and feelings you are having which then allows you to manage your feelings in an effective manner. It takes some energy to work through, may not even work, but something you can try.
