I noticed that after putting together a budget based on our maximum. It would be possible but so tight. I am on the cusp of getting a promotion and whatnot but I'm not going to count on it happening. That way if I get it then I just have extra money to save/put into fixing the place up.

Oh hell no , I tell you this 78% percent of vancouver is now owned by the chinese whic they dont even live in the country , pretty sad man, now the market is sky rocket, no one will be able to afford to live here, unless already stupid rich, but tbh i dont care ill rent till i die unless i move to like alberta which is dirt cheap FOR NOW..
