i hate how waiters live off tips in murica and u r an asshole for not tipping enough, like wtf i am expected to pay 15% to 20% extra for the tip in the states

actually mcdonald's is trying to average pay at > $10 at their stores. with higher pay, they find they are getting better customer satisfaction and lower turnover of their employees. Both of which seem to be making money in the long run for them

Tips are earned. Shit service = shit tip. Great service gets a great tip.

The concept isn't hard. Every now n then you'll get a cheap ass who doesn't tip. But that's the name of the game.
