...contact your area's free/pro-rated dental clinic . You don't want the infection to spread .

I mean the obvious is to try to find somewhere with sliding scale or that has payment plans

Other than that, orajel or rinsing with some sort of liquor helped me a lot when I was waiting for mine to get pulled.

Get them extracted and work out a plan. You can probably pay as little as $10-20/month. I just had mine done last Friday and it will be around $1600 with anesthetic/surgery, so I don't think it could cost much more than that. I can't see you not being able to do $10/mo.

Otherwise just deal with the pain.

So i don't have any insurance and don't even have the money to do a payment plan right now... any home made remedies/tricks might help?

Can handle it during the day its just falling asleep at night is a bitch with the pain.

put some vicks vapor rub on your face near the paining area, put a paper towel over it and hold it

Getting drunk at night. Effective, probably. practical no. Talk to a dentist. Maybe they can prescribe you some real pain meds until you can get them taken care of in the future. Not sure if they would for sure.

What does this have to do with a wisdom tooth? This makes it hurt worse. It's not infected its impact and pushing against my teeth.

Clove oil on the gums around it and the tooth can ease the pain.
