What the fuck are you speaking about ?
How can your house "hold" amps ?
First of all, only the electrical wiring, panels and equipments can travel and use amps... but amps is not even something, it's a phenomenom...

Your MAIN PANEL is designed to hold 200 Amp... with a 200 amp main breaker....

It's a law now to use 200amp min. panels in houses. (I don't know much about 230-400 grids so cant tell for those)

Do you even house ?

So if you have 10x 15 amp circuit breaker = 200 is the limit if you add all that 10x 15amp?

It's not working like that.

Let's say you have a 10amp breaker which hold 2 outlets, there is a calculus that help you manage how much A will be used approx at each moment.

A 10 amp breaker will be solicited for maybe 4-5 amp max but is still rated for 10A in case your equipement short circuit.

So you could have total 250amp breakers but your limit would still be the 200A main.

Same goes if you have 60A total heating breakers, in the summer those will use 0A.. so they are not to take in count for the summer time on your main.

I seriously never saw a tripped 200A main. You got to have a major shortcircuit on different breakers and they have to delay trip in order to flow the current trought the main lol. A load side short-circuit could also trip your main if the grid circuit breaker fail during a grid failure or if its rates above your panel main.

i have this formula tattooed on me, 15 amp is only for 125v/240v outlets in houses, 200amp is for an apartment building in the ghetto
