You still have to operate/maintain/site park it for two years.

Just speak to a professional on the matter, different states/counties in said states have different offers.
Some places even offer grants toward your down payment if you qualify to help encourage people to become home owners.

You have plenty of income for a modest mortgage, don't listen to anyone on here.

Same with my advice, I'd speak to a professional, see your options, and go from there.
There are loans that require $0 down and the grants could potentially completely pay off any down payment that is required, if applicable in your area.

For the record, the bank will be suspicious of any large sum of money randomly put into your bank account without explanation.
They won't buy that you saved it up then put it in your bank account either.

They take that shit seriously

Where do you want to buy?

I could be making $100,000 a year and want to live in Darling Point (Sydney) then complain that a bank just won't give me a loan so housing is too expensive. I don't mean to come across antagonistic, but these details matter. Maybe you have to live somewhere cheaper if you don't intend to make more money by improving your skills or taking risks.

Little bonus info; Sydney suburb Darling Point came out with a median house value of $6,841,364.

Im a laborer and i get paid $14/hr and work 9-10hr days and can work Saturdays if i want to
how do i get enough cash for a down payment without selling drugs as well? Just finished paying off a bunch of debts that i had for months

Save up, banks no longer offer 0-down, they learned from the housing market bubble crash a few years back.
