The best revenge is slow. You know how address? Do you know the address of his loved ones? Patents? Start recording video footage of his parents house, hours of it, then post it to him.

And him letters that say absolutely nothing.

Call his house from a payphone and just breathe until he hangs up.

Don't really get them in the UK. I just thought that America is pretty backwards, so likely still has all the old shit. :-D
