I wouldnt have cussed in front of the child.. and what if they were hungry? Didn't have food at home? I probably would have helped them out.

...so you terrorized an innocent child with your anger and profanity...you should be arrested for assault .

I should have used ketchup and math instead right?

Unblock me so we can have a substantive private conversation.

Unless you are too scared.

its not cheaper than a proper home cooked meal, but i do agree that its not necessarily indicative of poor money management.

You wouldn't think...

"I could get food now but we probably won't make it home."

"Fuck it, I can wait a bit to eat."

a couple stalks of asparagus is already over fast food budget.
pasta is pretty cheap yes, meat + sauce is somewhat expensive.. lots of carbs in that meal though.

you reminded me how much I like red beans and rice and how cheap it is in relation to the meals I was thinking of

Cooking for 4 is cheaper overall.

There was a woman which I believe was the mother and 1-2 more kids in the back if the van.

I could only see silhouettes in the back because of the heavy tinting.

That being said.

I assume he didn't only buy something for the kid at the drive thru.

carbs are no issue for me. i dont eat asparagus so dont care about that. its like saying cant cook a good steak for the price of fast food - you want burgers and fries? much cheaper at home to make

Are you high?

Each of those things can be made for under six bucks.

Sure they have dollar menu items but I feel like in the only one that spends under two dollars when I go to any fast food place.

Even when I'm with friends they always get the meal and fries and a drink.

~8 bucks.

If you tell me you can't buy carrots, potatoes and a one pound steak for under eight bucks I'll say you fail at grocery shopping.
