protein absorption is only a certain amount per hour however it all gets absorbed so is irrelevant

Also you can go as low as 0.77 g per lb without it negatively affecting gains (source - lightman)

I couldn't imagine the horrible types of shits you would take eating only once a day and packing too much proline into that one meal.

Ive heard you need a gram for every 2lbs of body weight
never a 1:1 ratio though
That seems insane... how do you get that much protein if you dont drink a shake?
