I'm about 5 kgs heavy right now as my exercise has dipped due to being sick. I will get ontop of it before I start looking heavy or it affecting my health. In turn I won't be using tax payers money on my obesity related health issues late in life.



That strategy doesn't work either. Doing the same thing over and over doesn't play it down, just drives the point home harder.

Again with careing what people think about you. What kind of man does that? Especially a perfect specimen of a man Lol.
