I have helped countless people lose weight

I have had a strict diet my entire life

my advice isn't generic bullshit I give specific examples of what works and what I have done

Everything I say in regards to nutrition works


Feel free to pick apart any of my advice that I have given to people

That one chicken dish you prepared the other night looked tasty. When I'm cutting I eat way too much chicken though ^_^ That and shrimp.

it comes across as pretentious when you combine that with the dismissal of other people's approaches without reasoning

Seeds
Cheese cuz its got lots of protein

Eat only this and you will loose weight guarenteed...

I stopped eating pizza for 5 weeks, I've lost 7 pounds in the past two months, and not happy about it. <_<

Pizza is a weak food. Low nutrition / low protein + high carb

Meh... Once I have something to replace weed with in my life I can stop. But I have nothing.

And ya cheese isn't that great for you but i have troubles finding enough to eat

And why not nuts and seeds. Great nutrition and easy to eat. No prep or cook just eat it
