I play the radio, kinda loud when im home, so I don't have to hear the bark constant.
they called the cops, cop bitch shows up and they said turn the radio off, the dog barking is not our problem.

I am considering buying Coyote Poison, stuffing a sausage, tossing it in the yard!
I really don't want to take it out on the dog just because his/her owners are not responsible!

HELP ME JSP WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Someone poisoned one of my dogs before. If I could have found him he'd die slow. horrible thing to do to an animal that has no concept of right or wrong. It doesn't deserve to be killed just because it annoys you.

If a bunch of noise complaints go nowhere you can go to small claims

if you have a bunch of evidence that you have tried a lot of things the judge will most likely not be happy with the neighbor and may give them financial motivation to handle it
