it wasn't accidental. or it would have been put as manner of death - accident?

was a motorcycle wreck but the bike was in first gear standing straight up without a scratch
two people on it
1 dead 1 survived
survivor had injurys such as broken neck 3 places back 3 places legs completly crushed right forarm pelvis crushed all the way around punctured liver spleen? or something collapsed lung

... " undetermied " probably refers to the exact cause of death from the accident such as internal bleeding , brain trauma , organ failure etc...

cause of death is multiple blunt force injurys meaning more then one injury incompatable with life that is determined manner of death is suicide accident homocide etc which has been marked as undetermined im just wondering if it will change say once an d if the person who run them over gets charged for homocide would it change from undetermined to homocide
