The file is weird

First of all one of the types is called "Thumb" file.

THen another one is just simply "File"

Last one there is "EXTRA file".

Yes...The recommended program was Osu....what he...lol its a game, just google it.

Yes I tried with notepad, but everything was in chinese and the words were repetitive/the same.
