I would say it's the #2 sitcom of all time, behind Community. Which you probably haven't heard of either. But Arrested Development is fucking beautiful. Kind of dark and full of horrible people, but in a great way. :D

HIMYM isn't offensively bad, at least. A bit boring, but it has its moments, and the cast is pretty great.

Mostly, I just love Allyson Hannigan and NPH.

the cast is sick but the show sucks imo. too repetitive

Arrested Development basically put everyone in it's cast on or back on the map. No one tuned in to watch it when it aired, but it was beloved by it's fans. It makes me sick that shows like Arrested Development, Community, Freaks and Geeks, etc. don't get views, but shows like Two and a Half Men run for like 9 seasons.
