nothing wrong in protecting against skin cancer not sure what affect the extra radiation from sun has to do with direct sun contact. I try avoid it myself lol
most construction workers or truck drivers get it on the arm that is in sun light all day if they get it in America probly on left arm

No food? My bunker is loaded with 20 years worth of dehydrated food and water with generators and enough fuel to run them for a looong time.
