Yes, I had to give a very fluffy outside cat regular baths, because of a recurring flea problem, and her fur, just in general, sucked without a regular bath. If you own a pet, you'd generall pat it on the head, or whatever. Moving on, being bitten by fleas is not pleasant, and feeling bumps from fleas all over the cat is less so.
