with a starting gold of 4k in a 1v1 dota match, i would say Ursa warrior is still far better. The starting item would be Vanguard, Phase Boots, with Vladimir Offering. With these items, it is enough to dominate.

With my Troll Warlord I would take Treads + mask of madness ( with the 4k gold ) and I still pwn this ursa.

nah. tried this before. Ursa will still win. 9hits(maybe lesser) is enough to kill Troll at level 1 with Fury Swipe stacking effect.

in fact, i think there's only one hero that might win Ursa heads up. That hero is one of the 10 in the list.

troll's damage in early game is kinda low. That's the reason why i buy phase boots for my starting inventory. Even if u tried to outfarm me using range, all i need is to continuously harass u with few hits every time. Will utilize phase boots to close up the distance. In just like 9 hits, u will most probably return to base. I tried this method on many range heroes and it still works everytime.

ursa is good, but remember the enemy has 4k gold too.
1 blademail will surely own ursa.


we cant definitely say which hero is good 1v1. it also depends, to a huge extent, who your opponent is.
just by picking from the list of heroes you gave for 1v1, ursa, tb, huskar and naix will be good. even though some of these heroes maybe melee, they are definitely a pawnage hero against those noob spammers earlygame intel-based heroes.


however, plz do not ever EVER use dwarven sniper for 1v1 or even 5v5 mode. it's a trash hero and should be deleted in my opinion.

Can beat an ursa any day with spec. Especially in dota 2.
Also my meepo is pretty nasty.
