I got him from petco, and they put him in that terrible colored sand :(. I felt like I saved him. Thats why his hands are orange and such haha.
yea i dont like the colored sand i use crushed walnut shells for my baby's and for my adults i use peat moss for my 75 gallon and then i got 250lbs of play sand
in my adults tank but i heard some bad stuff about the calcium sand with baby's
our petco dont know ne thing about there animals cept what they read in the brouchers they have next to the animals its pretty sad ive gotten 3 baby's from there
one lived 2 years she was all white i actually might have some pics somewhere on my computer ill look and see if i can find some and i think i got my big tank too somewheres
but she had a virus and i had to get a toe taken off of her cost about 300 bucks and i had to have a under the tank heater and the uva uvb lights she had no high spots cept on log
that she had to placed on there cause she couldnt get up there her self they dont have the uva's on there beardies only heat witch is sad and the 2 others where the runts of the
group so i thought i could get them back to health and sell them to someone who wanted them but that didnt work either
