So one of my personal problems is that whenever I'm contemplating a decision (Ex. going to mcd's and deciding whether to get a big mac or a mcdouble dressed like a big mac) I tend to get extremely fucking salty. This can happen for practically any decision being contemplated because I'll immediately imagine someone else's dumb reasoning on why they should go towards 1 specific choice. For example, high school students who end up getting tattoos while in high school (because it looks good)
and people who get married too young before having a stable income (because I love them and it'll all magically work out in the end).

So my question is how do I stop thinking giving a fuck about what other people have or would have done?
