down 7 and it's all dieting and making better choices on what i eat
gonna work out too but mainly chest arms and butt
don't care for abs other than flat stomach

6'2" so it's not like i'm short and dense.

goal is like 165-170

200 isn't bad for 6'2" depending on your frame.

I'm 5'11" and 160 lbs - but have a very thin frame. I could use a couple of pounds, but then would have to workout more - and I'm fine with where I'm at lol.

If I had bigger shoulders, and a wider chest with it - I would be skinny looking lol.

Eat right, and exercise right for your body type. I would look retarded if I worked out to get jacked.

i'm all leg tbh
my upper body is short but "thick" if that makes sense. i look top heavy when it comes to frame.

i guess i had a pump going or something, not sure. my frame is quite big for a slim person
