There's a guy that I've been using for years that never gets the job done, overcharges me, sometimes breaks stuff and asks me to pay for the damages.

I thought about calling a guy that just opened his new business.

He knows how everything works but has never done a job because he literally just got started.

I would be his first customer but he will charge me less and he said he will not quit till he gets the job done right while also providing preventative maintenance.

My question to you guys is what plumber should I use?

The incompetent one I've always used that doesn't ever do the job right and overcharges?

Or the new up and comer that promised to do a better job for less money?

know why it's bullshit? because someone doesn't open a plumbing business with no experience what so ever, doesn't work that way.

Yeah.

I mean, there was other companies but they were even worse than the guy I used.
