some people love it when its hot, some people love it when its cold

I prefer a happy medium, but a little extra heat I don't mind

central California coast is pretty amazing weather year round. also a fan of the Carolina's, Oregon, Virginia, and Washington

The right answer is Southern California without question. Doesn't rain much, always warm and temperate. As long as you can deal with the smog, Southern Cali is the answer.
