I am working as a waiter in a hotel/restaurant, and around 23.30 we change all the crystal glasses for plastic ones, it's a safety measure. We neither allow ppl to take glasses to their rooms, cause most of then just break them and dont even warn the cleaning staff.

I'd like you to help me out with a little thing. There's some ppl really cool and polite, but then two of them treated me like garbage today, saying "I wont change the glass and I'm going to take it to my room. I dont give a fuck about you :smile:". So I told her "Wow, you're like 65 years old (she was 50 tops), little bit too old to be that rude. Keep it for yourself, they'll charge it on your rooms number, old lady. Have a good night, cause I dont give a fuck about you either :smile:" and quickly left.

I'd like you to tell me phrases like the last one, to fire back to those rude ill mannered bitches.

How about politely telling them that they'll be charged if they take said items without permission?

Insults sure won't solve the situation.

I tried to short it up, but sure I told her it wasnt allowed to take glasses to the rooms and that they would need to charge her. After that she said she didnt give a fuck, and I replied as rude as she was. She even hide it on her skirt and keep it there for 1.15h rofl

E/ YES SHE WAS ~50 YEARS OLD AND HAD TO HIDE THE GLASS IN HER SKIRT LIKE A TEENAGER...

The best plan is to take it very personally because it's all about you as a person. Make sure to be as vicious and angry as possible in your responses and, of course, stew about how angry it makes you for long enough that you think making JSP threads about the situation is your best bet.

E/ Another guy politely asked me to keep his glass til he ended his beer, cause he hated plastic glasses. That was different, and I was okay with it. He didn't coursed me, and he wasn't a moron. I allowed him to keep it for 15 more minutes, and he really thanked me for that.

She wanted to take it to her room and she wouldnt give a fuck about security measures. Ppl like her doesnt deserver the air their breath.

So report it and have them charge the damages/theft on her card. Don't act childish and stoop to her level, but judging by this thread it's already too late.
